Seth A. Leeb, AIA currently heads his own architectural design firm in Parsippany, New Jersey. The three-person firm includes a licensed Architect and two Architectural Project Managers. This year marks the firm’s tenth anniversary. Although the firm has a diverse practice, including commercial, industrial and religious buildings, the firm’s specialty is period residential additions/renovations of various sizes. The firm has worked in many older historic neighborhoods throughout New Jersey creating work that seamlessly fits into the character of the building and its surroundings. The firm completed a renovation of an 1890’s house in South Orange. Some of the other municipalities that the firm has worked in include: Bernardsville, Cranford, Madison, Maplewood, Montclair, Morristown, Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Summit, Westfield, and Westwood.

Mr. Leeb has been honored by his profession with AIA awards for both design projects and architectural photography. He has been recognized locally and nationally with cover and feature stories in magazines, newspapers and a book. He received the Young Architect of the Year Award from AIA New Jersey. Mr. Leeb designs all of the architectural interiors including, trim, casework and furniture as part of the period work. The firm prides itself on its creative “outside of the box” thinking to accomplish solutions to zoning restrictions, historical issues or tight budgets.
