This was a large renovation to the rear of the home that actually rearranged the entire layout of the first floor. Enclosing a sunroom and moving the kitchen to the rear of the home allowed a much larger kitchen to be created. The kitchen cabinets are custom craftsman style cabinets also designed by Seth Leeb.
The goal of the design was also to open up the dining room to the family room with columns that match the general wood tones in the existing home. The result was a much more open organic feel and a highly enjoyable and more livable space.
