A fine example of Arts & Crafts Style Architecture. In this home Seth A. Leeb and associates designed and entirely new front entry, and a large addition out the rear of the home, extending livable space in the home via a family room and kitchen renovation with built in breakfast nook. The team also created a master bedroom suite on the second floor with an outdoor covered balcony.
All work was smoothly integrated into the original craftsman style exterior of the home, maintaining the flow of the original design and extending the roof lines. One of the central visuals in the design was the beautiful stone fireplace and mantle designed with a corresponding two story stone chimney.
