Project Description

Seth A. Leeb Architect designed this adaptable warehouse facility in Montville, NJ to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses. Featuring high ceilings, a column-free interior, and expansive floor space, the building supports a variety of uses—from storage and logistics to active recreation.

Currently home to a vibrant recreational complex that includes golf, pickleball, basketball training, and cheerleading practice (Jersey Devils All Stars), this space exemplifies the versatility of the design. Large garage doors provide seamless access for both vehicles and foot traffic, while the open layout allows tenants to configure the space to match their unique operations.

Part of a three-building development in a small industrial park, this facility reflects Seth A. Leeb Architect’s commitment to designing practical, flexible environments that can grow and adapt alongside the businesses they serve.
